What's the delivery time?
Denmark and Europe is approximately 2-5 working days.
Outside Europe is approximately 10-15 working days.
It is both possible to choose delivery to a parcel shop or home address.
Free delivery within Denmark to the parcel shop for orders over DKK 499.
What shipping provider do you use?
All parcels are sent with GLS to the parcel shop and to the home address.
All packages are sent with tracking.
What is your dispatch time?
We are a family centred business so your order will be dispatched on the friday following when your order is placed.
If you choose delivery to your home address, your package will be attempted to be delivered to your letterbox. If the parcel is too large to fit in the letterbox and you are not at home, the parcel will be taken to a parcel shop near you, where it can be collected the following day.
